About This Role
- Lead business analysis and process discovery to define and document current and future-state processes, requirements, and business cases for automation and AI.
- Manage business process automation and RPA delivery including opportunity assessment, solution documentation, user acceptance testing, and operational handover.
- Act as Scrum Master for AI Enablement & Automation teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking delivery metrics, managing blockers, and maintaining Jira workflows for improved delivery predictability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years combined experience as Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master in technology or IT including business process automation or AI initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Automate and process documentation (PDDs).
- Practical knowledge of enabling AI solutions in business settings, including AI use case definition, governance, and AI SDLC.
- Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for board configurations, dashboards, and backlog management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI enablement within business analysis and automation pipelines, demonstrating understanding of AI governance and compliance.
- Skilled Scrum Master capable of coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban to drive structured and measurable delivery.
- Able to manage end-to-end process discovery, business case development, and agile team facilitation in complex enterprise IT environments.
