About This Role
- Lead business performance management by preparing and coordinating revenue, cost, and FTE forecasts including deep-dive analyses and commentary for senior management meetings.
- Manage and support FTE and cost management activities including hiring pipeline and maintenance of planning figures throughout the year across multiple planning rounds.
- Drive and execute performance management projects focused on cost driver analysis, KPI development, scenario analysis, and collaborate with global teams for alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, CA, or CPA.
- 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, specifically with FTE and cost management.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience in data analytics is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
