About This Role
- Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare surveys including advisor targeting, recruitment, data collection, validation, analysis, and final delivery.
- Build and maintain targeted advisor lists and monitor survey metrics like response rates and completion to meet project goals.
- Review survey data quality, generate quantitative outputs, and collaborate with analysts to determine analytical approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare research, primary research, survey research, market research, data analytics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, chart creation, and quality control.
- Experience with survey platforms, research databases, CRM systems, or other data collection tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong quantitative data interpretation skills and ability to identify inconsistent or erroneous survey responses.
- Experienced in managing multiple healthcare survey projects concurrently with effective organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate communication and workflows across internal teams including analysts, content, and operations.
