About This Role
- Run day-to-day operations of Giga's India entity including payroll, statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST), accounting, audit coordination, and vendor contracts.
- Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for the India team, partnering with hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage revenue operations including CRM accuracy, pipeline and forecast reporting, and quote-to-cash processes such as contracts, invoicing, and collections, while developing scalable documented processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, business operations, or HR and finance operations, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, TDS, GST).
- Experience running or supporting end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to generate pipeline and billing reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on operational ownership at a startup, especially in building organizational processes from scratch in India.
- Comfortable working with cross-time zone teams, maintaining clear communication with US-based leadership.
- Familiarity or experience with AI or B2B SaaS startups and using AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
