About This Role
- Manage all major and critical infrastructure incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and leading escalations to resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents involving internal and third-party services, driving continuous improvement to prevent recurrences.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards and executive reports using automation tools; communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT, Infrastructure, and Cloud Services.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS and other cloud services, application integration, middleware, data centres, networks, compute, and databases.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and Jira Service Management, including dashboard creation and metrics analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced incident manager comfortable with high-pressure escalations and multi-priority time management.
- Skilled in translating complex technical problems into clear executive summaries for senior management.
- Proficient in leveraging automation tools (e.g., Copilot) for reporting and communication efficiency.
