About This Role
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions including RAG-based applications and multi-agent workflows.
- Lead end-to-end software projects from requirements through deployment and support with a focus on scalable, secure, production-ready AI architectures.
- Mentor development teams and drive adoption of AI best practices utilizing frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, and Azure AI services.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP (Model Context Protocol), Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full-stack technology stack (React/Angular/Vue with Python/.NET/Node.js).
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI architecture and software delivery initiatives end-to-end.
- Experience designing and deploying AI orchestration and multi-agent system solutions.
- Comfortable working with modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms focusing on scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
