About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce architectures and oversee integration with third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Establish governance, conduct code reviews, and align technical strategies with business objectives while guiding development teams and staying current on Salesforce technologies and releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years industry/CRM experience with minimum 5 years dedicated Salesforce experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture including Force.com platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, asynchronous processing, and advanced integration methods.
- Possession of Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales, or Service Cloud certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).

- Strong integration and data management skills across Salesforce ecosystems including API-based and middleware integrations.
