About This Role
- Develop reusable platform capabilities focusing on context building, graph-based retrieval, agent harnesses, and statistical modeling.
- Build reusable agent harnesses and frameworks to integrate tools, execute workflows, and support testing and evaluation.
- Design scalable APIs and services, owning technical delivery and maintaining engineering quality through testing, documentation, and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, data modeling, SQL, and API development.
- Experience building production-grade services and reusable frameworks; working knowledge of statistics and modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with AI agent frameworks, context engineering, knowledge graphs, and graph-based retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Skilled in statistical modeling and simulation for scenario estimation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise data systems is a plus but not mandatory.
