About This Role
- Contribute to design, development, and maintenance of Oracle database solutions within a global Agile (SAFe) framework to support critical payment platforms.
- Collaborate with distributed onshore and offshore engineering teams to deliver and integrate features and resolve defects across the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide production support for high-availability, mission-critical systems ensuring performance, resilience, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle database development experience including complex PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with SQL performance tuning, data modeling, data migration, data quality, and ETL processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably SAFe, and supporting production systems with high-volume requirements.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years of relevant Oracle database development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting and deploying high-availability database systems in enterprise payment or financial services environments.
- Comfortable working in distributed teams across geographies following Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Demonstrates technical expertise in Oracle database development, automated deployment pipelines, and problem-solving within complex, mission-critical systems.
