About This Role
- Plan and manage Aftermarket parts availability for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring successful launches and lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to resolve complex supply chain issues and manage escalations related to NPI parts planning.
- Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and act as Subject Matter Expert in global projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Service Parts, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
- Strong technical skills in SAS, Microsoft Office (Power BI, PowerApps), and proven application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Must work onsite full-time and be willing to work US/UK shift timings; visa sponsorship not available.

- Experienced in managing complex supply chain challenges within aftermarket parts distribution and services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with global stakeholders effectively.
