About This Role
- Optimize client real estate portfolio through data-driven space planning and occupancy management.
- Maintain space data integrity, lead space audit programs, and deliver monthly utilisation reports.
- Coordinate across local teams, client CRE group, and JLL functions to enable portfolio optimisation and workspace solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate environments focused on strategic space or occupancy planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, CAFM/IWMS software, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work across EMEA/AMER time zones; remote location in New Delhi, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic space planning within corporate real estate or facilities management domains.
- Skilled in data analytics combined with space planning tools and software for accurate portfolio insights.
- Capable of managing global stakeholder communications and cross-functional collaboration in multi-time zone environments.
