About This Role
- Oversee and process healthcare compliance related contracting and payments with healthcare community members, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain standard agreements/contracts and manage end-to-end contract execution including onboarding and documentation compliance.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (legal, sourcing, accounts payable, finance) to streamline contract management and payment operations, including reporting and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in resource management, paralegal, contracting, and/or financial accounting.
- Solid understanding and experience with SAP software functionalities in contract/payment contexts.
- Work Experience Required: 5 - 8 years related experience.

- Experienced in managing healthcare compliance contracting and payment processes within a regulated environment, preferably biopharmaceutical industry.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across legal, sourcing, finance, and accounts payable teams, with strong process management in high-volume settings.
- Proficient in handling detailed contract documentation, compliance standards, and using enterprise systems like SAP to ensure process accuracy and timely execution.
