About This Role
- Lead end-to-end budget planning, forecasting, execution, and reporting for one or more VP-level R&D functions.
- Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, variance and risk identification, and decision support to functional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization, compliance with financial controls, and continuous improvement in budget management systems and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8-12 years experience in business operations, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience in budget planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning or ERP systems such as Anaplan, SAP, Ariba.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant roles (explicitly stated).

- Experienced in financial planning and execution within R&D, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences environments, preferably supporting complex or matrixed global organizations.
