About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions for Oracle EBS Supply Chain and VCP modules to support Regal's supply chain, manufacturing, and planning requirements.
- Manage delivery of complex projects and kaizen events, ensuring on-time, first-time-right results and compliance with IT governance processes like release and change management.
- Provide production support within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, monitor system performance, and coach team members to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain and VCP R12 modules including Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization; experience includes at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of enhancements and support.
- Technical proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite APIs, RICEW/CEMLI development, SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and various Oracle data handling tools; familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology.
- Availability to travel up to 25%, primarily around project milestones and kaizen events.

- Strong techno-functional background in supply chain modules of Oracle EBS and VCP in a global manufacturing environment, with experience in discrete manufacturing.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, including offshore developers, to deliver Oracle EBS/VCP solutions adhering to standards and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex problem solving in production support with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement of system performance.
