About This Role
- Support development and enhancement of software/system elements within specified applications.
- Participate in design, development discussions, and estimation activities contributing software engineering expertise.
- Develop and implement unit and system tests; document processes; provide technical support and mentorship to junior members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system software development.
- Proficient in C# and .NET programming, especially within Windows environment for networking domain.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and experience in TDD, CI/CD, Jira.
- Experience with Unisys Clear Path MCP/OS 2200 systems is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in system software development with strong analytical skills and system thinking approach.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments following modern software development practices.
- Capable of mentoring juniors and effectively communicating updates and technical challenges to team and stakeholders.
