About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial projects ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project controls including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and change control to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making, issue resolution, and compliance with contractual and organizational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s in construction management preferred).
- 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale commercial projects within PMC, developer, or consulting environments.
- Proven skills in managing budgets, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years
