About This Role
- Own end-to-end oversight of NAV production, fund accounting, and financial reporting for private markets funds, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive risk and control frameworks within an outsourced model, overseeing and challenging third-party administrators (TPAs) and internal stakeholders.
- Lead continuous process improvement and serve as subject matter expert across fund accounting, financial reporting, and cost & charge oversight.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in financial services; minimum 5 years in fund accounting or financial reporting oversight including 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial role.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of private markets structures (LP/GP, ICAV, RAIF) and asset classes (private debt, real estate, alternative credit).
- Experience working within an outsourced operating model, managing TPAs and financial output oversight.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships including TPAs, auditors, and internal teams within governance-driven environments.
- Strong technical expertise in fund accounting oversight and private markets valuation methodologies applicable across UK, Ireland, Luxembourg.
- Proven ability to independently drive risk, controls, and process improvements with a focus on governance and regulatory compliance.
