About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes within an agile environment.
- Analyze new requirements and support business analysts to ensure scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Investigate, resolve RPA-related issues and ensure robust, well-tested deployments integrated with AI technologies for enhanced business operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in RPA development, deployment, and maintenance using Blue Prism.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields (B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, MCA, M.Sc).
- Foundational knowledge of traditional and generative AI technologies and their integration.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in RPA with Blue Prism

- Experienced in handling end-to-end RPA lifecycle with strong analytical and design skills geared towards building scalable and maintainable automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools integration to optimize workflows and enhance productivity in a financial or investment banking context.
