About This Role
- Manage workload allocation and oversee technical sales and customer service team deliverables, ensuring direct accountability of assigned tasks.
- Provide technical support and review techno-commercial proposals, contributing to engineered solutions and process optimization for pump selection.
- Drive team KRAs and organizational goals, establish performance metrics, and lead process improvements focused on standardization and efficient order handover.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience.
- Graduate degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical technology.
- Experience handling a team and expert knowledge of international standards & specifications.
- Knowledge of key segments including Power Plants, Oil & Gas, and other General Industries.

- Senior professional with extensive experience in technical sales within industrial sectors such as Power Plants and Oil & Gas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead process improvement initiatives focusing on standardization and performance metrics.
- Technically proficient in product applications, material specifications, and techno-commercial proposal evaluation supporting customer requirements.
