About This Role
- Ensure accuracy and quality of ESG data for reliable emissions calculations and KPIs across all entities.
- Collect, transform, and report ESG data; support pre-closing, closing, and wrap-up activities related to sustainability reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance ESG systems, lead onboarding of new entities, prepare ESG reports and communications, and respond to stakeholder ESG inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years experience in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, CSR, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, CSRD, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
- Proficiency with ESG data analysis tools including SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing ESG data quality and sustainability reporting within corporate environments, showing capability in cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in ESG frameworks and compliance requirements, able to interpret complex ESG data into actionable insights.
- Strong communicator comfortable preparing reports and engaging with diverse stakeholders including investors, customers, and NGOs.
