About This Role
- Own the design of visually appealing, cohesive, and user-centric interfaces across complex features and platforms, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Lead and guide the product design team through an iterative process involving stakeholder alignment and incorporation of divergent and convergent thinking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other teams to define priorities, shape product roadmaps, and mentor junior designers to elevate design quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Figma and other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, ProtoPie).
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in leading design projects and creating user-centric products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams (Product, Engineering) to align design with business and technical goals.
- Capable of leading design processes that balance innovation with technical feasibility and user needs.
- Strong background in user-centered design principles with proven ability to mentor and guide a design team.
