About This Role
- Lead cross-functional product development for new e-commerce products targeting Tier 2/3/4 Indian markets.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: customer & market research, problem prioritization, solution discovery, delivery, go-to-market planning, and ongoing metrics tracking.
- Manage and mentor a small team of product analysts and associate product managers to execute the product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years overall experience with at least 5 years in product management at a tech-led company, preferably consumer internet.
- Strong problem solving skills using first principles thinking.
- Good understanding of technology and product management methodologies such as A/B testing, PRD writing, backlog management, and roadmap creation.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years overall experience, 5+ years product management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience launching and scaling products in fast-paced startup or consumer internet environments.
- Comfortable driving product decisions backed by data and structured problem solving across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution and manage small teams effectively.
