About This Role
- Own the troubleshooting and resolution of complex cloud and compute issues to maintain reliability, security, and scalability of customer cloud environments.
- Translate customer requirements into cloud infrastructure solutions and operational management practices, improving workflows and service stability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to frontline support teams and contribute to knowledge sharing through training, presentations, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting and orchestrating public cloud environments, serverless platforms, and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, virtual machines, Kubernetes, networking (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, CDN, load balancing), security, storage, and databases.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling customer cloud operations with a focus on both technical troubleshooting and operational enhancements.
- Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, product, sales) to identify and resolve infrastructure and workflow gaps.
- Skilled in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and developing team capabilities in cloud infrastructure and operational best practices.
