About This Role
- Own and drive the organisation-wide goal-setting process, track progress, and ensure execution across multiple functions with direct CEO visibility.
- Identify and rectify inefficiencies in commercial and operational processes, overseeing improvements from diagnosis to implementation with measurable impact.
- Lead cross-functional programmes and resolve complex organisational problems, including policy and process design to close execution gaps critical for company growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree with 4–6 years total experience, including at least 2 years post-MBA.
- Experience preferably in consulting, analytics, finance, or fast-paced operating roles.
- Strong business and financial acumen including comfort with financial statements, cash flow, unit economics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: 4–6 years total experience, including minimum 2 years post-MBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end workstreams with minimal oversight and a strong ownership mindset.
- Able to handle multiple complex initiatives in parallel, driving execution and stakeholder accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working closely with C-level leadership, contributing to strategy, financial analysis, and decision-making in a high-growth environment.
