About This Role
- Manage facility management services for Accenture including asset management, operations, and vendor coordination.
- Accountable for achieving KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Lead facility management team, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, conduct audits, and handle client, VVIP, and government visits.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years overall experience with 5 to 6 years in Facility Management or related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Technical knowledge in building services and facility management tools (e.Fit tools, BGC, work permit tool).
- On-site work location in Bangalore, Karnataka.

- Experienced in managing facility operations and vendor/service partner performance in large corporate or commercial setups.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-function teams and handling compliance, safety, and audit processes.
- Capable of leading teams to meet KPIs within FM service delivery and managing budgets effectively.
