About This Role
- Analyze US real estate markets and macro-economic data to support investment strategies and market forecasts.
- Prepare presentation materials and maintain visualizations of economic and real estate market data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to research initiatives including drafting market notes, white papers, and ISA publications to support acquisitions and strategy development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Urban Planning, Geography, Real Estate or related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- On-site work required in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets related to real estate and macroeconomics.
- Experienced in preparing clear, compelling presentations and narratives synthesizing market and economic data.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities within a matrix organization and working both independently and collaboratively.
