About This Role
- Lead architecture and delivery of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for Oracle HCM programmes, including design of connection strategy, error handling, and deployment pipelines.
- Define and enforce integration build standards, personally build complex integrations, and review junior developer work to ensure architectural compliance.
- Own deployment pipeline management, maintain integration risk register, present technical decisions to client IT architects, and produce comprehensive technical handover documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development experience with technical leadership or architecture ownership on at least two live programmes.
- Proven OIC solution architecture capability including multi-integration engagement design and deployment pipeline management.
- Advanced skills in XSLT, adapter configuration, and fault handling, with ability to build and review complex integrations.
- Work Experience Required: 4–5 years Oracle Integration Cloud development with leadership/architecture responsibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced integration architect capable of defining and enforcing build governance while managing developer teams.
- Strong technical communicator comfortable presenting to client enterprise IT teams and managing integration risk transparently.
- Technically skilled in OIC and related Oracle Cloud infrastructure components with previous ownership of integration testing and technical handover.
