About This Role
- Lead end-to-end gathering, documentation, and translation of complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Drive process evaluation and optimization to enhance sales processes and operational efficiency within Salesforce environments.
- Facilitate Agile delivery, lead testing and configuration of Salesforce solutions, mentor junior analysts, and support user adoption through training and support materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in enterprise technology or Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and declarative features, with ability to differentiate declarative vs custom solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including facilitating Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
- Location: Must be based in India (Bangalore, Pune, or Thane locations mentioned).

- Experienced in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder Salesforce projects involving cross-functional and global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively across technical and business teams in an Agile environment.
- Has project leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring junior staff and optimizing business processes through technology.
