About This Role
- Manage day-to-day batch processing operations ensuring adherence to SLA, TAT, and compliance with departmental policies.
- Implement continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead interdepartmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement, including MIS reporting, audits, and project management related to batch processing.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Financial Services.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience managing operational processes.
- Strong working knowledge of big data, data analysis, Linux/Unix, SQL, and performance metrics.
- Hybrid work model requiring minimum two days per week in-office at assigned TransUnion location.

- Experienced in operational process management with ability to optimize performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with team leads, clients, and sales to deliver batch solutions on time.
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills and ability to handle moderate to complex data problems.
