About This Role
- Lead assessment, planning, and execution of change and communication strategies for complex transformational programs including digital transformation and M&A.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure business readiness through business change impact assessments, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement including lessons learned and best practices compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in change management and communications delivery with proven transformational change leadership including digital, SAP ERP, operating model, and cultural change.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on frontend development experience with React.js and 7+ years overall software development with strong Node.js backend and Azure cloud services experience.
- Flexible to work across global time zones; Prosci or APMG certification preferred; PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level professional with demonstrated expertise in managing complex change programs and stakeholder landscapes in matrixed, global environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in full-stack development (React.js, Node.js, TypeScript) aligned with data-intensive and scalable microservice architectures in Azure.
- Experienced in communication strategy, agile change methodologies, and human-centric design facilitating business adoption of transformational initiatives.
