About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of secure authentication and access control mechanisms across the ServiceNow platform including RBAC, ACLs, and MFA.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards, managing data privacy, encryption, and governance frameworks for ServiceNow data.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM, and infrastructure teams; mentor engineers; and lead platform security governance and roadmap planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of IT security experience with 12+ years specializing in ServiceNow security architecture, administration, or operations.
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow security features: SecOps, GRC, RBAC, ACL, and platform security best practices.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist in SecOps or GRC required.
- Mandatory in-office presence minimum 3 days per week; working hours 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Indian Standard Time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in securing large-scale ServiceNow deployments, preferably in regulated industries like finance or healthcare.
- Deep technical knowledge of identity and access management protocols (SAML, OAuth2, LDAP, MFA) and cloud security models.
- Strong leadership in aligning platform security strategies with enterprise architecture and mentoring engineering teams.
