About This Role
- Prepare and oversee financial reports and records for listed and unlisted entities in India, ensuring compliance with local GAAP (IndAS) and US GAAP.
- Coordinate with business partners, shared services, and auditors for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting deliverables.
- Perform reconciliations between Local GAAP and US GAAP, manage fixed asset records, intercompany invoicing, and support tax and audit functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
- 3-8 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Reporting required.
- Strong technical knowledge of IndAS accounting standards essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial reporting with ability to manage multi-entity accounts under both IndAS and US GAAP standards.
- Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams including finance, tax, manufacturing, supply chain, and shared service centers.
- Comfortable handling audit interactions and providing detailed variance analysis and financial schedules.
