About This Role
- Own and execute content validation activities across software, hardware, licensing, and catalog data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret licensing agreements, contracts, and entitlement data to maintain high-quality ITAM content libraries and manage product part numbers and catalogs.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and ServiceNow ITAM suite expertise to improve content quality, automate workflows, and generate actionable IT asset management insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Hands-on experience with ITAM implementation, content validation, quality assurance, or audit functions involving HAM/SAM data and licensing information.
- Working knowledge of SAM and HAM tools such as ServiceNow, Flexera FlexNet Manager, Snow Software, SCCM, ILMT, or equivalent platforms.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a strong academic record.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling and validating large volumes of ITAM-related data with focus on product catalogs, licensing data, and contract analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated by ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements in content quality.
- Skilled in using AI-powered tools, data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel advanced functions), and familiar with software licensing models and asset management workflows in fast-paced environments.
