About This Role
- Maintain and validate SQL database objects, ETL processes, and reporting components to ensure data accuracy and operational stability.
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans across unit, functional, integration, database, ETL, and regression testing for data-centric applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, support production releases, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and solution quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in validating data-centric applications with strong SQL Server and complex query development skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in developing and testing stored procedures, functions, triggers, ETL processes, and performing source-to-target data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC/STLC, defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), and production support activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SQL Server and ETL testing with strong skills in data reconciliation, data quality assurance, and report validation.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with knowledge of continuous integration, release management, and DevOps practices.
- Able to analyze complex requirements and collaborate effectively with developers, DBAs, QAs, and business analysts for high-quality data solution delivery.
