About This Role
- Lead business analysis for enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation and optimization across multiple lines of business (LOB).
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications supporting Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise governance.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams within large-scale Salesforce projects and enterprise environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops to gather detailed business requirements.
- Operates effectively within Agile frameworks supporting iterative delivery and continuous solution validation.
