About This Role
- Own the end-to-end design authority and strategic roadmap for JLL's Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform enhancements including billing, accounts receivable, and contract management on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Lead AI innovation in financial processes by designing agentic AI systems for invoicing, collections, cash application, and working capital forecasting with measurable business impact.
- Present design and investment roadmaps to senior Finance Technology leadership; influence build-vs-buy decisions and enterprise AI governance in the O2C modernization and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with a major ERP finance platform supporting Order-to-Cash operations, preferably PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Strong expertise in the O2C lifecycle: contracts, billing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, cash application, and related financial close/month-end reporting.
- Experience contributing to at least one global ERP rollout or large-scale finance transformation program.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in ERP finance and O2C product design roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to own and sign off on product design roadmaps with measurable business benefits and enterprise-wide impact.
- Experienced in deploying AI/ML or automation use cases in finance operations with proven ROI and governance adherence, preferably with Generative AI tools.
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments including senior Finance and Technology leadership and managing cross-portfolio design spanning billing, AR, and integrations.
