About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple globally distributed Agile/Scrum teams delivering enterprise-scale application systems and software development projects with end-to-end accountability across concurrent portfolios.
- Serve as senior technical authority and hands-on architect for Java 21, Spring Boot 4.x, cloud-native microservices, containerized services, and modern distributed system architectures including Kafka, IBM MQ, Oracle 19c, MongoDB.
- Drive AI adoption for automation of engineering and operational tasks, enforce coding and security standards, and oversee data platform modernization ensuring high availability and disaster recovery compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services industry with senior Applications Development management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex projects in a distributed environment.
- Technical expertise with Java 21, Spring Boot 4.x, Cloud-Native Microservices, Oracle 19c, MongoDB, Kafka, IBM MQ, and CI/CD practices.

- Experienced in Agile multi-scrum team governance with strong project and personnel management including mentoring and performance evaluation.
