About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of healthcare compliance contracting and payment workflows, ensuring accurate, timely processing for engagements with healthcare community members.
- Lead review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex healthcare-related contracts requiring deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sourcing, finance, and global partners to streamline contracting and payment operations, manage escalations, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; Law or paralegal background preferred.
- 8-12 years experience in biotech/pharma business operations or supplier management.
- Experience with contract drafting, negotiation, and healthcare compliance processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and related financial/contract management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Planisware); Work Experience Required: 8-12 years biotech/pharma business operations/supplier management.

- Experienced in managing complex healthcare contracts and payments with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations within a large biotechnology environment.
- Skilled in end-to-end contract lifecycle management, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement including global teams and senior leadership.
- Demonstrates ability to independently lead projects, communicate contract terms effectively, and maintain compliance and audit readiness in a high-volume, regulated setting.
