About This Role
- Lead and coordinate Evolution Platform Operations and Move2Scale program ensuring stable operations and driving service transition, industrialization, automation, and scaling.
- Act as single point of coordination for technical delivery, operational readiness, risk, dependencies, milestones, and transformation activities.
- Establish program governance, KPIs, and executive reporting while continuously improving platform availability, performance, security, and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT/technology delivery with 8+ years in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure, cloud, platform, or transformation programs involving multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Operations, production environments, and service transition.
- Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe/Scrum preferred; ITIL certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex technology transformation, migration, modernization, and scale-up programs with cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies and skilled in program governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrates ability to translate business objectives into technical delivery plans and drive operational readiness and excellence in a multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed environment.
