About This Role
- Lead and manage 3DS solution delivery lifecycle including budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction to ensure successful value delivery.
- Coordinate and secure sign-offs, communicate plans, progress and issues with 3DS and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply waterfall and Scrum/Agile methodologies to implement enterprise software solutions, manage risks, issues, and empower teams for effective problem-solving.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with software implementation experience (preferably manufacturing or related industry).
- Minimum 5 years customer-facing project management experience; at least 2 years in software implementation project management.
- Formal project management training or certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe).
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%-75% to customer sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise software projects with cross-functional teams including consultants and software engineers.
- Comfortable leading and collaborating with both internal and client stakeholders in diverse project environments.
- Capable of applying both traditional (waterfall) and Agile project management methodologies effectively.
