About This Role
- Manage and support billing configurations in Salesforce CRM for all services offered globally by ICE Data Services.
- Review client contracts and ensure billing setups align with contract terms and service configurations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Onboarding teams to resolve billing inquiries, perform invoicing quality reviews, and handle billing exception requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract review, billing processes, or client service.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Excel.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced environments handling billing and client onboarding operations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, apply logic, and resolve billing discrepancies and credit requests independently.
- Familiar with CRM and ticketing systems, with capability to manage workflow tickets and maintain procedure documentation.
