About This Role
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day eCommerce hub operations within the assigned Surface Hub, including shipment receipt, processing, consolidation, and dispatch.
- Coordinate surface network movement of shipments with Linehaul and Network Operations to ensure connectivity and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and resolve shipment exceptions, ensure operational performance and SLA compliance, and support process improvements and operational reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics or hub operations.
- Experience in managing high-volume hub operations and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational execution within surface logistics or mid-mile network environments.
- Ability to manage complex shipment flows, adherence to SLAs, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and transport partners.
- Skilled in operational performance monitoring, exception management, and driving continuous process improvements.
