About This Role
- Own execution of program workstreams including requirements definition, delivery, and rollout.
- Maintain detailed program plans with milestone tracking and operational documentation.
- Monitor program health via KPIs, manage cross-functional dependencies and risks, and improve team efficiency through workflow design.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in program/project management or related operational role.
- Familiarity with program management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office unless approved for full remote work.
