About This Role
- Manage end-to-end daily operational execution of eCommerce shipments within the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring timely processing, consolidation, and movement.
- Coordinate with Linehaul, Network Operations, Service Centres, and Last Mile teams to ensure shipment visibility, adherence to schedules, and operational exception resolution.
- Monitor service quality and operational KPIs including shipment accuracy, SLA adherence, and hub resource planning to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics or hub operations.
- Experience managing hub operations, shipment processing, or mid-mile logistics in high-volume environments with exposure to surface linehaul operations.
- Working knowledge of logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Experienced in managing complex eCommerce logistics hub operations with hands-on coordination across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict operational timelines and achieve service level agreements in surface network logistics.
- Capable of monitoring and driving key operational metrics including exception management, process improvements, and performance reporting.
