About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading, unloading, and shipment reconciliation at Blue Dart service centers, hubs, warehouses, and processing units.
- Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching newly inducted employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures to achieve daily operational objectives.
- Maintain operational quality, safety, and discipline to meet shipment accuracy, productivity, and service standards during peak volumes and contingency events.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard pass with 3-6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit to perform operational tasks involving standing, walking, and manual handling of shipments; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English reading, communication, computer skills, and ability to operate handheld scanners or mobile applications.
- Minimum age 18 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced logistics or courier operations staff accustomed to high-volume shipment processing environments and inventory reconciliation tasks.
- Proficient in following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining operational discipline, safety, and quality in warehousing or distribution settings.
- Capable of supporting team leads in coaching, workload balancing, and process improvement during daily operational workflows.
