About This Role
- Manage end-to-end eCommerce hub operations at the assigned Surface Hub, ensuring timely processing, consolidation, and movement of shipments.
- Coordinate shipment flow and network connectivity across inbound, outbound, and transit operations to meet committed timelines and service quality targets.
- Oversee exception management, resource planning, compliance, and operational performance reporting to maintain service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, eCommerce logistics, or hub operations within a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in logistics management systems, operational dashboards, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Travel requirement up to 75% as per job description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing surface network linehaul coordination, shipment processing, and exception resolution in large-scale logistics hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders including Linehaul Operations, Network Operations, Service Centres, and Last Mile teams to meet network and service commitments.
- Focus on operational accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement to enhance service reliability and operational productivity.
