About This Role
- Own daily income processing and validation for Fixed Income and Equity securities including accruals and amortization per client policies.
- Handle reconciliation and resolution of Cash and Stock breaks ensuring deliverables meet specified SLA timelines.
- Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI, AI tools for MIS reporting, data mining, analysis and maintain process controls with accountability for process delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Middle Office operations, Income and Corporate Action processes, and Fund Accounting in Investment Banking or Asset Management preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Capital markets, trade flow, Fixed Income products, dividends processing and custody processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/MBA Finance; certifications such as NISM/NSE or CISI preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts; ability to adhere to strict timelines and work under tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in Fund Accounting accruals/amortization, NAV calculation, and Middle Office/Custody income and corporate action operations.
- Experience using Bloomberg Terminal for corporate action and bond price verification; knowledge of manual interest income and dividend calculations including tax implications.
- Familiarity with data analysis or data science on large datasets; knowledge of AI, Lean/Six Sigma, risk excellence measures, robotics and BPM preferred.
