About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams focused on Ab Initio development and data integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide delivery of projects aligned with scope, quality, timeline, and resource expectations.
- Develop technical specifications, roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and support operational readiness and vendor management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, or related data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Ab Initio development and data-processing solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Management, or equivalent experience.

- Experienced technology leader with strong cross-functional team management skills in software and data delivery environments.
- Deep technical expertise in Ab Initio, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and Agile methodologies.
