About This Role
- Lead data validation, reconciliation, and documentation efforts for Master Data Management (MDM) data flows within Customer 360 / Reference 360 ecosystems.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across MDM consumption pipelines, downstream reporting, and regulatory outputs using SQL, API payload analysis, and data quality checks.
- Support requirements gathering, UAT execution, defect logging, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain accurate, governed, and analytics-ready master data.
Minimum Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL and familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON), Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and data quality principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience working with Master Data Management concepts and data reconciliation within banking or financial services data environments.
- Role is Bengaluru-based with hybrid work setup and 2 pm - 11 pm shift timing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented analyst comfortable interpreting and validating complex data flows across multiple systems without developer responsibilities.
- Experienced in structured documentation, defect tracking, and executing test cases in an Agile environment supporting MDM consumption and reporting.
- Background in financial services data governance or analytics, with ability to escalate data discrepancies and progressively increase independence in SQL and data analysis tasks.
