About This Role
- Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, project management, and delivery of AEM Forms solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including code reviews and technical governance.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-location teams to ensure application performance, scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms development and implementation.
- Proven expertise with AEM Forms components including Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, Workflows, and XDP-based forms.
- Strong skills in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, Adobe APIs, and integration with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise applications.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in AEM Forms development as explicitly mentioned in the JD.

- Experienced technical lead capable of driving end-to-end AEM Forms project delivery including architecture and mentoring roles.
- Skilled in customizing and integrating AEM Forms in complex enterprise environments involving Cloud Service, JEE, and migration projects.
